RESIDENTIAL SALES DIVISION OPENINGS
:
We truly believe we are the "best deal in town" for experienced or newly
licensed agents who would like to specialize in residential sales. Our sales
associates, thanks to our incredible lead generation system, receive over
one hundred fresh buyer leads per month
(yes, this is not a typo)! And, regardless of your networks and personal
relationships, we have the tools and resources to help you break quickly
into obtaining sales exclusives. Our commission splits for seasoned sales
associates are unheard of (
up to 75%!
). We are only interested in experienced or newly
licensed but highly polished, professional, and self-motivated individuals
joining our sales division.
APARTMENT RENTALS DIVISION OPENINGS
:
Limited openings for highly
seasoned associates
to
act as "group leaders" (running a business within a business). If you posses
the necessary skills and drive, recession or no recession, we have the tools and the
resources to help you earn at least
$200,000
during your first twelve months with us. Also, highly polished,
self-motivated, and hard working
newly licensed
agents
can join our rental division and work
independently or
start their real estate career as assistants to our senior agents (mentors)
and benefit from their experience.
